Neil Hornsby

I first caught the yachting bug at an early age, and went on to sail an amazing range of yachts in the Mediterranean, the Caribbean and Australia. I fell in love with the extraordinary excitement of yachting, and how every day is a great new experience.
Coming back to London I knew I wanted to work in the industry and I began my professional career ashore as a broker in 1989, before going on to build the international charter teams of Camper & Nicholsons, Edmiston and Burgess Yachts, now some of the key players in the industry. This invaluable experience saw me work around the world, learning every aspect of the superyacht business.
Over the last three decades, I have seen how luxury superyachts are no longer a niche pursuit, the industry has evolved into a global powerhouse with each year setting new standards in design, services and experiences. It is this dynamism that is the inspiration behind Yomira. My co-founder Amanda and I saw an opportunity to bring a new, more contemporary approach to the superyacht charter experience, one that challenges how things are done, to do them better. To achieve this we are hyper-focused with the level and quality of client service we deliver, everything we do centred on raising the bar and setting a new standard in personalisation. Rather like a Savile Row tailor we design each charter with the highest level of customisation and client understanding.
What makes the Yomira Superyacht Experience different is our signature equation of superior service, insight, personalisation, connections, trust, transparency and enjoyment. It is not simply a matter of what we do but how we do it. We want our clients to feel excited long before they step on the yacht of choice. It is why each of our clients benefits from our collective experience to create something memorable from the outset and always with the goal to exceed their expectations.
